- 1 Kg De-Shelled/Deveined Prawns
- 150 Grams Coconut Cream
- Capsicums (Optional, Diced)
- Heat the oil in a heavy bottom saucepan on medium heat.
- Add chunks of diced capsicums into the saucepan. Now, add water.
- Add the prawns and spice mix. Make sure to stir well.
- Finally, add coconut cream and simmer off. Simmer on low heat stirring halfway through.
- Turn the heat off and add the remaining curry leaves and cilantro. Serve with steamed Basmati rice.
