- 1 Kg Diced Chicken
- 100 Grams Coconut Cream
- In a wide-bottomed vessel, heat oil. On low heat, add your diced chicken into the vessel.
- Now, it is time to add the spice mix. Make sure to mix well.
- Add water to this mixture. After a few minutes, add coconut cream.
- Stir well. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes until the mixture becomes thick.
- Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and Methi.
- Serve hot with steamed basmati rice, rotis or naan.
- Methi Chicken is ready.
