- 1 Kg Diced Beef
- 200 Grams Coconut Milk, Coconut Cream
- 200 Grams Potatoes (Diced 20x20mm)
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef. Cook, stirring constantly until evenly browned. Transfer to a plate. Add 2 tablespoons coconut cream to the pan.
- Add beef massaman spice mix into the pan. Cook for 1 minute or until aromatic. Now, add beef, coconut milk, and potatoes. Stir to combine.
- Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer it off. Serve with rice.
