1 Kg Diced Beef
300 Grams Pumpkins (Optional)
150 Grams Coconut Milk
Directions
Add oil in a pan
Add the diced beef and pumpkin pieces. Now add an adequate amount of water. Bring to boil on low heat to make sure meat cooks through.
Add the spice mix and stir well for flavours to combine
Finally add the coconut milk and simmer on low heat till done.
Serve Rendang Beef curry in plates.
