Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Diced Beef
  • 300 Grams Pumpkins (Optional)
  • 150 Grams Coconut Milk

Directions

  • Add oil in a pan
  • Add the diced beef and pumpkin pieces. Now add an adequate amount of water. Bring to boil on low heat to make sure meat cooks through.
  • Add the spice mix and stir well for flavours to combine
  • Finally add the coconut milk and simmer on low heat till done.
  • Serve Rendang Beef curry in plates.
