Methi Chicken
Ingredients
1 Kg Diced Chicken
100 Grams Coconut Cream
Directions
In a wide-bottomed vessel, heat oil. On low heat, add your diced chicken into the vessel.
Now, it is time to add the spice mix. Make sure to mix well.
Add water to this mixture. After a few minutes, add coconut cream.
Stir well. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes until the mixture becomes thick.
Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and Methi.
Serve hot with steamed basmati rice, rotis or naan.
