Methi Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Diced Chicken
  • 100 Grams Coconut Cream

Directions

  • In a wide-bottomed vessel, heat oil. On low heat, add your diced chicken into the vessel.
  • Now, it is time to add the spice mix. Make sure to mix well.
  • Add water to this mixture. After a few minutes, add coconut cream.
  • Stir well. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes until the mixture becomes thick.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and Methi.
  • Serve hot with steamed basmati rice, rotis or naan.
