Ingredients
1 Kg Chicken
200 Grams Thickened Cream
20 Grams Butter – Salted or Unsalted/Optional
Directions
Heat a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the oil, or butter.
Add chicken, and bring it to a boil.
Now, add the spice mix and stir it well. Cook until everything is cooked through.
Add the thickened cream and simmer on low heat, while stirring occasionally.
Butter Chicken is ready to be served with Basmati rice or naan.
