Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Chicken
  • 200 Grams Thickened Cream
  • 20 Grams Butter – Salted or Unsalted/Optional

Directions

  • Heat a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the oil, or butter.
  • Add chicken, and bring it to a boil.
  • Now, add the spice mix and stir it well. Cook until everything is cooked through.
  • Add the thickened cream and simmer on low heat, while stirring occasionally.
  • Butter Chicken is ready to be served with Basmati rice or naan.
