

Chicken Chettinad is a classic Indian recipe, from the cuisine of Chettinad in Tamilnadu, Madras. It consists of chicken marinated in spices, turmeric and a paste of red chillies, kalpasi, coconut, poppy seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, black pepper, onions, garlic and ginger. It is served hot and garnished with coriander leaves and sliced chilies. This is usually the spiciest chicken preparations of any chicken recipes.
